shiny liquid satin sheath flapper slip dress
Another little gem from the theatre company.
This 1920s dress still in remarkable condition. Ready for your next Downton Abbey party, or would be right at home in a collection. Although she has her dings.
The fabric is a sturdy liquid satin in a light caramel color. I love how it reflects the light.
Cut low in the front and the back with shoulder straps (replaced).
Belt loops are low slung between the waist and the hips where a pretty belt would have been.
Paneled and cut to accent the hips. Attached panels flutter with movement.
Side snap closure.
Very good condition - Cleaned. Structurally sound. Straps have been replaced. Some "scuffs" to the fabric here or there that can only be seen when the light catches a certain way. Two little marks that didn't come out in cleaning (one in back of skirt, one on the side panel). All in all a great piece with a few dings.
