Amazing shimmering candlelight dressing gown from the 1930s.
No labels. Probably hand made.
Fabric is a heavy, somewhat stiff satin.
Fitted bodice with smocking at the waist. Front does not overlap. Front closes with small buttons at the lace yoke and waist. Matching tie belt.
Pretty dusty rose pink lace yoke with ruffled trim.
Sleeves are long and gathered at the wrist with a button cuff.
Flared open front skirt.
So old Hollywood.
Excellent condition. Appears never worn.
