Amazing 1940s gown!
I love all the embellishments - flowers made out of gathered tulle, sequin and rhinestone centers of the flowers; soutache to create the stems; and then finish it off with pretty white beads.

Fitted bodice with sweetheart neckline and spaghetti straps.

Side metal zipper.

Skirt is extra full with the same tulle flowers, sequins, soutache and beads.
3 layers - lining, middle layer of tulle and outside layer.
Middle layer has a wide plastic webbing at the hem for structure.

Excellent condition. Cleaned and pressed. One repair to the tulle layer. The plastic webbing makes the hem look a little bit of a different shade.
