By the time the 80s rolled around, they started adding something to the natural cottons.
I would say with the shimmering embossing, this is probably a cotton poly blend.

Airy and lightweight semi-caftan, full cut dress.
Pleated across the bust and cut full from there. Where it with a belt for a more finished look.

Colors are white background with bold black flowers.

Short puffed sleeves fall to about the elbow.
Side pockets.

Excellent condition. Cleaned and ready to go. Elastic in sleeves has been replaced.
