FRANK USHER Black Jersey knit Halter disco Dress with Bustier bodice and Long Peplum



Perfect little black halter dress in a light and floaty black crepe fabric.

Bodice is multiple layers of structure; black knit outer layer, lined, and boned with structuring much like a bustier.
Side zipper and sweetheart neckline.
Halter ties at back neck.
Ruched accent in the front with a rhinestone studded circle.

Skirt is cut straight. Three layers of fabric that make up the skirt are light and airy.

Then Attached at the waist is a fabulous and flowing, high low peplum. The peplum starts in the center front and drapes across the hips creating a ruffle effect down the sides, and falling in to the hem in back giving drama and movement.

Amazing dress.

Excellent condition.
