This one was folded up in a drawer.

Amazing slip dress with the all the gorgeous details that made us fall in love with them.

Lovely pink color is a true pink, in a silky rayon fabric. Bur-Mil is from Burlington Mills and produced in the 30s.

Fitted bodice with the seaming of contrasting fabrics; some sheer, some more opaque. Gathering under the bust for a flattering, comfy fit. That dreamy lace trim at the top of the bust and insert into the waistband.

Attached side ties.

Form fitting bias cut.

Wide straps in a sheer chiffon form the smooth back with overlapping panels.

This gorgeous nightdress is so flattering and iconic of Old Hollywood glamour.
