Construction is a ivory acetate lining with the palest blue tulle overlay.

Fitted bodice with shelf bust. Constructed and ruched to fit like a bra cup.
Wide waist band is sheer lace backed with a nude colored netting.
Rhinestone studded straps and back metal zipper.

Skirt is heavily gathered and full.
