Gorgeous royal blue color on this dress.

Peasant / prairie style with the elastic around the neckline and short sheer puffed sleeves.
Wear on or off the shoulders.

Full skirt is slightly gathered around the waistline with an elastic waist.

Belt loops but no belt.

Very lightweight and flowing.
Construction is two layers of sheer (feels like) nylon,
The first layer is sheer about the weight of tulle, with kind of flocked dots and cut in a full circle skirt.
The second layer serves as the lining and is cut the same way, but more opaque.

With the elastic neckline and elastic waist it is a simple over the head style.

Amazing dress that would be very comfy and easy to wear.

Excellent condition. Minor discolor to the lining.
