Fabric is a slinky and flowing. (I'm guessing) poly / nylon blend. No content labels.

Fitted bodice has a button front and high collar.

Matching tie sash belt.

The most amazing long sleeves with have elastic at about the elbow creating a full voluminous puckered sleeve.

Side seam pockets.

Flared skirt is pleated at the waist and open front.

Excellent condition.
