Fabric is a lightweight, guessing, wool blend. Fully lined in a black silk.
Black background is brightened up with abstract fruit and flowers. I see a peach, a tulip, maybe a poppy??
Silhouette features a straight shift cut with a dropped waist, and the cutest ruffled hem. Ruffle is sturdy and reinforced with organza lining.
Would have been a peplum if higher up. Split in the front.
Under the ruffle is a straight cut skirt.
Long straight sleeves end in a zipper wrist.
