AMAZING RUFFLES!
The bodice is made up of cascading pleated ruffles.

And the colors! Soft pink and periwinkle.

Sheer nylon tricot.

Sheer top layer with a more opaque lining.

Double spaghetti straps.

Waist ties attach at the front waist and wrap a number of times around the waist. Can be wrapped a number of times (depending on size of waist) for that Grecian Goddess look.

Skirt is sheer and cut full and floaty.

Excellent condition. A couple of pics on the skirt but no holes.
