Amazing palest yellow summer silk dress from Bill Blass.
All the high end details you would expect from such a renowned designer.

Fabric is a light and airy silk crepe. 
Color is the palest light yellow. Think cornsilk.

Bodice is cut in a blouson style. Raglan sleeves end in pleated and lace trimmed cuffs with a one button wrist. Unlined with back covered buttons with loop closure.

Micro Pleated and Lace Jabot across the bust with high neckline that ties in back or wraps around to tie in a bow.

Skirt is pleated all around with a pretty white lace hem. Skirt is lined. Zipper at the back goes up to the waist.

No elastic in the waist. Belt loops but no belt.
